A little clarity before you begin.
What am I paying for?+
A connected place for your records, their history, and the relationships between them. Plus is for one person. Business adds shared organization workspaces and member access. Enterprise scopes the rollout and service around your organization.
How do I get Plus or Business?+
Choose Get Plus or Get Business, create your account, and pay securely with Stripe. For Business you name your organization and choose how many seats you need; each seat lets one person join your team. Your plan starts as soon as payment is confirmed, and you can add seats, cancel or change your card any time from Settings → Billing. Eyala is also free to start, with a smaller monthly allowance. Enterprise is scoped with you: request a demo to discuss it. Submitting a form does not start a subscription.
How does annual billing work?+
Plus is $59.99 per year, about $5 a month, billed upfront for twelve months and renewed yearly until you cancel. Business is $190 per seat per year, the equivalent of ten monthly payments, and renews yearly until you cancel. Seats you add mid-year are charged for the rest of the year.
How are storage and AI usage handled?+
Plus includes 50 GB of file storage, 1,000 Ask Eyala questions, and 50 JAJO statement imports each month. Business includes 50 GB of storage, 1,000 Ask Eyala questions and 50 imports a month for each seat, shared across your organization. Enterprise allowances are agreed in the proposal. No plan promises unlimited usage.
Can my team work offline or connect other tools?+
Selective offline access depends on supported devices, feature availability, and your organization’s policy. Integrations, advanced AI, enterprise SSO, and custom governance requirements are discussed during discovery and are not promised as generally available features.
